The Ms. America Voyage doesn't exchange items such as customized items that you have engraved, added text or pictures on. All items that are peronally customized will get customer's approval first before shipped to our customers.
The Ms. America Voyage doesn't give money back refunds. Only store credit in the full amount which was paid will be provided if customer decides they don't want an item for whatever reason.
Damaged items will be replaced only if it was damaged in transit. The customer has 48 hrs to submit an image of the damaged item from the time the order was delivered. If a customer sends the files needed within that time frame, I will resend the item/items that were purchased free of charge. Shipping rates may apply
